Catherine Guegan

Catherine GUEGAN possesses extensive experience in human resources and social law, currently serving as Responsable Relations Sociales et Juridiques and Responsable des Ressources Humaines at EURIAL, a subsidiary of Agrial, since May 2016. In this role, Catherine has managed negotiations for harmonizing collective employment statutes across 16 French sites, overseeing the management of a 400-employee business unit and leading a team of four HR professionals. Prior experience includes roles at SERIS, where Catherine co-animated employee representative meetings and led training initiatives, INITIA, providing social management support for SMEs, and UIMM, offering legal counsel and drafting collective agreements. Catherine holds a Master 2 in Law from Université de Rennes I and a Licence in Social Law from the Faculté de Droit, des Sciences Economiques et de Gestion Vannes.
