Iryna Savruk

Iryna Savruk has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Iryna is currently the Director of Partnerships and Business Development at Euristiq since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at ElifTech from August 2020 to January 2023, initially as a Business Development Manager and later as a Senior Business Development Manager. At ElifTech, they were involved in all aspects of software development and worked with clients from various industries.

Before joining ElifTech, Iryna held positions at Incora Software Development Company and UvoCorp. At Incora, they served as the Head of Business Development from November 2019 to August 2020, and prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Manager from December 2018 to November 2019. At UvoCorp, they were a Content Editor, responsible for editing and proofreading academic papers.

Earlier in their career, Iryna worked at Euristiq as a Communication Instructor from February 2018 to December 2018, where they taught English as a Second Language (ESL) and soft skills. Iryna also had freelance roles as a Content Writer, Editor, and English Language Instructor, working with various software development companies.

In addition, Iryna has experience in education and language services. Iryna worked as a Consultant for an educational startup called "English Student" in 2016 and as an Interpreter (English-Ukrainian) for the European Network of Election Monitoring Organizations in 2014. Iryna also worked as a Tutor of Ukrainian Language and Culture at the Ukrainian Catholic University during the summer of 2012 and 2013.

Through their work experience, Iryna has developed strong business development, communication, and teaching skills, and has gained knowledge in software development and various industries such as FinTech, eCommerce, logistics, education, and entertainment.

Iryna Savruk's education history includes a Master's degree in English language and literature from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, which they obtained from 2010 to 2015. In terms of additional certifications, they completed a course on "Establishing a Professional 'Self' through Effective Intercultural Communication" at the National University of Singapore in March 2020. Iryna also obtained a certification in "Intercultural Communication and Conflict Resolution" from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education in March 2020. In 2019, Iryna completed the "Soft Skills Marathon" program at Lviv business-school of UCU (LvBS). Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills" from the University of Michigan in 2017. In 2021, Iryna enrolled in the UCU Business School (LvBS) to pursue a management program for leaders, and in 2019, they completed a program on sales management at the same institution.
