Rachael Colton has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Rachael began their career in 2005 as the Head of Sales & Marketing at In-Stitches, where they successfully launched a new product into export markets in the embroidery textile industry. After working at In-Stitches for two years, Rachael moved on to Gormleys Fine Art in 2007, where they served as the Marketing Manager. In this role, they were responsible for developing and promoting the Gormleys brand, as well as increasing revenue across multiple locations and countries. In 2012, Rachael created and developed ROCO Magazine, a digital media marketing company. As the Director, they worked with over 200 clients, providing bespoke packages and campaigns to raise brand positioning, awareness, traffic, and revenue. Their most recent work experience includes roles at Euro Auctions and Yoder and Frey Auctioneers LLC, where they served as a Digital Marketing Consultant starting in 2018. Rachael Colton obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from the Chartered Management Institute in the year 2005. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Textile Design at the University of Leeds from 2000 to 2004.
