Karin Snijders

Karin Snijders is an experienced professional in the fields of learning and development, human resources, and education. Currently serving as a (Strategisch)L&D specialist at Euro Caps since June 2024, Karin collaborates with the HR team to focus on talent development, culture, and retention. Previously, at Gemeente Westland, Karin held roles as both Adviseur/Manager Mobiliteit & Ontwikkeling and Adviseur Mobiliteit & Ontwikkeling (HR) a.i., shaping the professional learning environment within the organization. As the owner and Senior Consultant of Talent = Onbeperkt from April 2015 to December 2022, Karin led the vision and innovations of the training and consulting bureau, specializing in working with individuals with disabilities. Karin's earlier experience includes advisory roles at Samenwerkingsorganisatie Beroepsonderwijs Bedrijfsleven and Aequor, where responsibilities involved training and consulting. Academic qualifications include a Masterclass in L&D and a Master of Education from Aeres University of Applied Sciences Wageningen, along with various degrees in floral design and education management.
