Massimo Frizza

Massimo Frizza is an experienced supply chain professional with a robust background in planning and process management across various companies. Currently serving as Plant Controller, Supply Chain Controller, and Planning Manager at Euro-Caps B.V. since July 2017, Massimo has demonstrated expertise in driving efficiency and cost savings. Prior roles at Ecolab included VIP Planning Lead and Supply Chain Planning Process Manager, where Massimo contributed to significant European projects like the JDA Master Plan implementation. Earlier experience at Nalco involved managing the Export Transformation Project and ensuring optimal inventory levels as a Supply Chain Planner. Massimo started a career at BASF, where a scholarship-supported internship focused on material flow analysis. Massimo holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from University of Rome Tor Vergata and has studied at Linköping University.
