Anne Blight

Anne Blight, MSc, serves as the Head of Loyalty and Engagement at Euro Car Parts Ltd. since January 2020 and has been providing VIP consultancy services at R&A Consulting since January 2019, focusing on enhancing customer experiences for both land-based and online operators. Previously, Anne led the loyalty program and customer service strategies at The Rank Group plc from January 2007 to December 2018, where key responsibilities included managing hospitality budgets and developing relationships with VIPs. Anne's extensive career in the gaming industry began as a Dealer/Cashier at Tower Casino Group, progressing through various management roles at Grosvenor Casinos. Anne holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Strategy and a postgraduate diploma in the same field, both from Birmingham City University, alongside a PGC in Management from the University of Northampton.
