Valentina Villa

Valentina Villa has a diverse work experience in the cosmetics and household products industry. Valentina began their career at BOLTON MANITOBA SPA in 2009, where they worked as a Product Development Assistant for two years before being promoted to the role of Product Development Specialist for Laundry. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of Product Development Specialist for Lavatory Care, and they held this position until 2015.

In 2015, Valentina joined Deco Industrie s.c.p.a. as the R&D Manager for the Packaging Imolese division. In this role, they led new formulation developments for a wide range of household cleaners and toiletries, including dishwashing products, rim blocks, air fresheners, and personal care items. Valentina remained with the company until 2018.

Since 2018, Valentina has been working at Euro Cosmetic Spa, starting as a Quality Assurance professional. In 2019, they were promoted to the position of Responsabile Laboratorio CQ, Quality Assurance, where they oversaw the laboratory operations and ensured quality standards were met. Currently, they hold the position of R&D & Quality Manager, demonstrating their expertise in both research and development and quality management.

Valentina Villa completed their education from 2003 to 2008 at Università degli Studi di Milano, where they obtained a Laurea magistrale in Chemistry Science.
