Boryana Belcheva

Boryana Belcheva, PhD, serves as the Human Resources Director at Euro Games Technology Ltd. since November 2021. Prior to this role, Boryana contributed as a Programmes and Projects Adviser at the Union for Private Economic Enterprise from 2019 to March 2022, focusing on labor market and education policy analyses and operational program implementation. Between 2010 and March 2022, Boryana lectured on Labor Economics at the University of National and World Economy, while earlier experience includes serving as the CEO of HR Group Ltd. from December 2004 to March 2022, managing Human Resource Management projects and recruitment. Boryana holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resources Development from the University of National and World Economy, complemented by another PhD in Human Resources from Universitet za nacionalno i svetovno stopanstvo.
