Eileen Gallagher

Eileen Gallagher is the Chief Executive Officer of INEX, a neutral internet peering point in Ireland, overseeing initiatives that enhance the organization's global reputation and manage membership growth from 18 to over 120 organizations. Eileen has contributed to the strategic planning process and facilitated community engagement among members, while also promoting the IXP Manager tool used globally. As a Board Member of Euro-IX since 2018, Eileen has previously served as vice-chair, leveraging extensive public relations and marketing expertise gained through roles at The Gallagher Consultancy, Brands2Life, and Harvard Public Relations, where Eileen managed campaigns and media relations for notable clients in the technology and telecom sectors.
