Balazs Imre

Balazs Imre has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Balazs began their career as a System/Network Administrator at Thomas and Betts where they built up the IT infrastructure of the Vecses plant and later worked on international projects. In 2000, they joined Telindus Hungary as a Network & IT Security Consultant, supporting various IT networking and security projects. Balazs was promoted to Technical Team Leader in 2006, leading a team of System Engineers and Network/Security Engineers. In 2007, they joined Euro One Számítástechnikai Zrt. as a Technical Manager, establishing the IT Security and Networking division. In 2015, they became the CTO of the InfoSec division, overseeing strategic planning, HR issues, budgeting, and other management tasks. Throughout their career, Balazs has earned certifications from Cisco, Juniper, IBM, and RSA, demonstrating their expertise in networking and IT security.

Balazs Imre has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from Budapest Business School. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Palo Alto Accredited Configuration Engineer from Palo Alto Networks in May 2014, CISA from ISACA in March 2011, CCNP - Security from Cisco in 2007, RSA CSP from RSA, The Security Division of EMC in 2007, and JNCIA AC/IDP and JNCIS FWV/SSL from Juniper Networks.
