Mechel Visser

Mechel Visser has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and project management. They started their career at Corus in 1999, where they held various roles such as Account Manager and Project Manager. They then moved to Tata Steel in 2010, where they served as a Senior Manager HR/ HR Business Partner, Manager Talent Development, Programme Manager Change Management, and Project Management Engineer. In 2019, they joined Abbott as an HR District Manager before being appointed as the Group Human Resources Director at Euro Pool Group in 2023.

Mechel Visser has a diverse education history. In 1986, they completed their high school education at Johan de Wit Gymnasium Dordrecht, where they pursued studies in the field of Gamma. Mechel went on to attend Stedelijk Gymnasium Nijmegen from 1989 to 1992 for further studies in the same field.

In 1993, Mechel enrolled at the University of Groningen and earned a Master of Science degree in Geography. This six-year program was completed in 1999, showcasing their dedication to their chosen field of study.

In 2005, Mechel pursued an MBA degree in Organizational Behaviour from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, which they successfully completed in 2009.

Lastly, in 2022, Mechel attended NCD Academy for a course in Governance Essentials.
