Vincent Chanron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, sustainability, and business development. Currently serving as Group Human Resources Director at DAHER since April 2012, Vincent Chanron has held various leadership roles, including Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer and Country Director for Japan. Responsibilities include leading business development in Asia, overseeing sustainability initiatives, and aligning strategic objectives with environmental challenges. Prior to DAHER, Vincent Chanron was involved with the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan, organizing conferences on Carbon Neutrality. Vincent Chanron's background also includes strategic planning roles at Airbus and academic research at the State University of New York at Buffalo, where a Ph.D. in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering was earned.
