Evangelina Kalou

Evangelina Kalou has extensive work experience in various roles related to compensation and benefits, project management, and consulting. Evangelina is currently serving as the Head of Compensation and Benefits at Eurobank since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Total Rewards Manager at Kaizen Gaming (Stoiximan/Betano) from July 2021 to November 2022. From September 2016 to July 2021, they held the position of Project Manager at PLANET S.A., where they managed consulting projects in areas such as strategic HR management, leadership, talent development, rewards, and performance management. Evangelina also worked as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at PLANET S.A., taking part in consulting projects involving management consulting, leadership, talent development, rewards, performance management, and business development services. Additionally, they served as a Senior Consultant and Correspondent of Mercer S.A. in Greece, responsible for offering and delivering HR products and services, expanding the client portfolio for Mercer Compensation and Benefits Surveys, executing the surveys, and designing and participating in human capital projects. Evangelina Kalou's early experience includes roles as a Consultant, where they evaluated investment dossiers and provided insight on different markets.

Evangelina Kalou completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens from 2004 to 2009. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree specializing in Business Administration and Management, General, from the University of Piraeus. Prior to their higher education, they earned their High School Diploma from Ecole Jeanne D'arc between 1991 and 2004. Evangelina also pursued an Executive MBA at the University of Piraeus from 2012 to 2015.
