Flora Dragazi

Flora Dragazi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software engineering and management within the banking sector. Currently serving as the Head of Branch Platform Division in Group IT Applications Management Sector at Eurobank since January 2006, Flora leads digital product development for the bank's physical channels. Previous roles at Eurobank include Software Engineering Manager and Software Engineer Manager, focusing on core banking platforms and project management. Flora's career began at Financial Technologies SA – Unisystems SA, where responsibilities included software design and development, and roles at QuickAddress Systems UK and The Software Lab provided early exposure to technical services and automated testing. Flora holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Computing from Imperial College London and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Computing Systems from City St George’s, University of London, supplemented by further education at Harvard Business Publishing.
