Natassa Paschali

Natassa Paschali serves as Group CHRO and General Manager at Eurobank, having held various leadership roles within the bank's Human Resources department since July 2008. With extensive experience in HR management for a diverse range of banking sectors, Natassa oversees the HR strategy for approximately 1,300 employees across multiple areas, including Corporate Banking and Asset Management, as well as international operations in Luxembourg and London. Prior to Eurobank, Natassa spent over a decade at Citi, where responsibilities included HR management for Global Corporate and Investment Banking, leading initiatives in recruitment, performance management, and training development. Natassa holds an MSc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from The London School of Economics and a BA in Linguistics from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
