Captain GEORGE FRANGAKIS has extensive experience in the maritime industry, having worked in various roles across different companies. Currently serving as the Port Captain in the Operations Department at EUROBULK LTD since September 2004, GEORGE previously held the position of Safety Training Manager at Festival Cruises from January 1996 to May 2004 and Chief/Safety Officer at Celebrity Cruises, Inc. from January 1985 to January 1996.
