James Bullock

James Bullock is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people management and employee relations. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at eurochange since January 2023, James has previously held positions including Senior People Partner and HR Business Partner at The Works Stores Ltd, where effective HR strategy implementation was a key focus. Earlier roles included Employee Relations Specialist at One Stop Stores Ltd, Human Resources Manager at Morrisons, and various positions at Sainsbury's that combined customer service and retail management. Academically, James holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire, complemented by retail management education from OSS Retail.
