Ajay Rajeev

Ajay Rajeev has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Ajay started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Houston, where they gained experience in data analysis and reporting, as well as software development and support. Ajay also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant during their time at the university.

After their time at the University of Houston, Ajay joined Halliburton as an Intern, where they applied predictive analytics to microseismic and stimulation data. Ajay carried out data mining, exploratory data analysis, and developed predictive models using statistical regression, machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques.

Ajay then joined Mahindra and Mahindra as an Assistant Manager, working in both Product Planning and Strategy as well as Vehicle Engineering. In the Product Planning and Strategy role, they were responsible for tracking technological developments in the auto industry, conducting market analysis, and outlining technology roadmaps. In the Vehicle Engineering role, they focused on vehicle integration, component packaging, design and validation of exhaust systems, failure mode analysis, software simulation testing, and durability testing.
