Frank Oerlemans

Frank Oerlemans has extensive work experience in various technical roles within the chemical and engineering industries. Frank began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Badger in 1989 and then joined Raytheon E&C BV (formerly Badger BV) in 1990, where they worked as a (Sr) Mechanical Engineer on large EPC projects in Europe, with a focus on Rotating Equipment. In 1998, they joined Fluor Daniel as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer and worked there until 2001. In 2001, they joined Basell as a Maintenance Engineer and was responsible for Mechanical Maintenance on two Polyolefin Plants, including start-up activities and maintenance planning. Frank then joined BASF Antwerpen N.V. in 2006, initially as a Services Manager of Industrial Refrigeration before being promoted to Technology Manager in 2008. In 2009, they became an Asset Manager at Basf Antwerpen NV until 2012. Most recently, they have been working at EuroChem Antwerpen NV, starting as a Production Manager in 2012, then transitioning to become the Manager of their Technical Support Office in 2014, and currently serves as the Head of Technical Services since 2018. Overall, Frank Oerlemans possesses a wealth of experience in technical and managerial roles within the chemical industry.

Frank Oerlemans has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Avans University of Applied Sciences, which they completed from 1985 to 1989. Frank also holds a Master of Science degree in Maintenance Management from Glasgow Caledonian University, which they earned between 2001 and 2004.
