Matthew Kelly is a seasoned professional in the construction and project management industry, currently serving as the Head of Capital Works & Technical Services at ISPT since August 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew held various positions at Mirvac, including Senior Project Design Manager for Services & Technology, Sustainability Manager for Construction, and Building Services Manager, with a strong focus on design, procurement, and sustainability initiatives across commercial office projects. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Services Manager at ADCO Constructions and Building Services Manager at Lendlease, where key contributions were made to projects such as the Prince of Wales Hospital Acute Services Building. Matthew's career began as a Building Services Engineer at Thiess. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Construction Management & Property with First Class Honors from UNSW.
