Prior to this, Jair held leadership roles at Cibra, EuroChem, Yara International, Anglo American, Vale Fertilizantes, and Copebras, focusing on optimizing production processes, ensuring safety compliance, and managing operational budgets. Jair's notable achievements include the development of commissioning strategies, the enhancement of production capacity, and the implementation of process optimization initiatives. Jair holds an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia.
