Janaina Costa

Janaina Costa has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Janaina has held various roles related to planning, supply chain management, and business implementation projects. Their most recent position was as the S&OP Business Manager lead at a SAP implementation project for EuroChem. Prior to that, they worked as an S&OP Manager for the same company. Janaina also worked at UPL as a Demand and Supply Planning SR Manager and as a Latam Brazil SR Supply Planning Manager. Janaina has experience in managing S&OP processes, inventory management, production planning, and import planning. Janaina's earlier work experience includes roles in planning and production scheduling at Arysta LifeScience and Bandeirante Brazmo. Janaina started their career as an Industrial Manager at Duplicopy Litoprint Suprimentos Gráficos and also worked as a Process Engineer at TWA Engenharia and in Quality Control at Ipiranga Produtos de Petróleo.

Janaina Costa has a diverse education history. Janaina obtained a degree in Chemical Engineering from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado in 1997. Janaina then pursued a post-graduate degree in Industrial Administration at Fundação Vanzolini from 2000 to 2002. In 2004, they completed an English course at King's Street College in London, UK. Janaina later acquired a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Fundação Vanzolini in 2014. Janaina then focused on Finance for Executives at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa in 2017 before attending ISE Business School in 2018, where they studied Management and Business, specializing in Administração e Negócios.
