Oksana Ibragimova

Oksana Ibragimova currently serves as the Global Strategic Initiatives Director in the Office of the Chairman at EuroChem, leading the global People & Organization transformation agenda by translating business objectives into effective people strategies and managing complex cross-regional initiatives. Previously, Ibragimova held the position of Global Transformation Senior Manager at Bain & Company, advising C-suite executives on transformational topics and mentoring diverse teams. Ibragimova's career began with foundational roles at PwC, Ernst & Young, and Grant Thornton LLP, culminating in a partnership at Grant Thornton, and includes an MBA in Strategic Management from The Wharton School.
