Persio Ravena

Persio Ravena has extensive work experience in finance leadership roles. Persio currently holds the position of Regional CFO at EuroChem since November 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Citrosuco from January 2020 to October 2023. Ravena also held various leadership positions at Cargill, including Enterprise Vice President of Finance & Divisional CFO for the Animal Nutrition Enterprise, Business Unit Controller & Finance VP for Animal Health and Technologies, Global SAP Finance Leader, Business Unit Controller & Vice President of Finance for Cargill Animal Nutrition & Cargill Inc, and Regional Platform Business Unit Controller for Food Ingredients in Brazil. In these roles, they demonstrated strong executive leadership and strategic planning skills.

Persio Ravena attended INSEAD, where they studied Business and Strategy. Persio also pursued a Master's degree in Finance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Ravena completed CFO Training in Finance, General at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
