Eurocities
Louise Coffineau is a Senior Policy Advisor at Eurocities since September 2019, focusing on environmental and climate advocacy, policy statement preparation, and maintaining relationships with EU institutions and member cities. Prior to this role, Louise served as an EU Policy Officer and Contract Manager at InnoEnergy, drafting policy strategies on energy and climate issues. Earlier experience includes a Schuman Traineeship at the European Parliament, where activities involved monitoring and advising on environmental legislative matters, and a position at Euroquality as an Assistant Project Manager for a European project aimed at SMEs. Additionally, Louise interned at the French Permanent Representation to the EU, assisting with legal matters related to European legislation. Louise holds a Master's degree in Political and Administrative Studies from the College of Europe and a Master's degree in European Affairs from Sciences Po Lille.
