Alex Willem

Alex Willem is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various managerial roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of IT Development and Delivery Unit at EUROCONTROL since June 2021, Alex previously held significant positions including Head of Solution Development at BICS, Head of Engineering at Real Impact Analytics, and Director IT Development at EDF Luminus. Notable achievements include transforming teams through Agile methodologies and managing large departments to deliver innovative solutions across sectors like telecommunications and aviation. Alex holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Liège and has furthered education in business management at the University of Manchester.
