Monica Kozhuharova

Monica Kozhuharova has over a decade of experience in service delivery and support roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager and previously as a Support Team Lead at Tungsten Network since June 2013, Monica has developed expertise in client relations and operational management. Prior experience includes a Support Representative position at OB10 e-invoicing network from January 2012 to June 2013, as well as a similar role at Sutherland Global Services from July 2011 to January 2012. Monica holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Sofia, completed in 2012, and received foundational education at the First English Language School in Sofia.
