Traian Dragan

Traian Dragan is an experienced project manager and specialist with a strong background in agile methodologies and software development. Currently serving as a Project Manager/Specialist at EUROCONTROL since October 2021, Traian focuses on EAD Change and Evolution. Prior to this role, Traian was a Product Owner at Actimage, leading projects for an ultra-luxury brand, and worked as an Agnostic Agilist Consultant for various companies, enhancing internal HR projects. Traian's extensive experience includes over a decade at Carflow as a Product Owner, where a SCRUM environment was established for the automotive sector, and prior roles at Expert Network and ExpertSoft/XL World Group, managing financial software projects and custom ERP solutions for specific markets. Traian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Informatics from the University "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" in Romania.
