Wouter Souverijns

Wouter Souverijns is an experienced software developer with a strong background in flight data processing and control systems. Currently employed at EUROCONTROL as a Software Developer for Flight Data Processing since May 2022, Wouter also contributes to the NATO E-3A Component in a similar role since November 2020. Prior to these roles, Wouter served as a Senior Software Engineer at Medtronic from September 2013 to November 2020, working in the Research & Technology department of the Neuromodulation business unit. Additional experience includes positions as a Software Consultant at IPCOS and as a Controls Engineer at Punch Powertrain, where employment lasted from October 2005 to October 2012. Wouter began a career as a Software Engineer at LMS, A Siemens Business, from September 2003 to September 2005. Wouter holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from KU Leuven, completed between 1996 and 2001.
