Anca Stefania Gheorghiu

Anca Stefania Gheorghiu is an experienced Change Manager currently working at Eurofiber Belgium since July 2017, overseeing the implementation of change management processes to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality. Prior to this role, Gheorghiu worked at Ericsson for eight years, where responsibilities included service delivery management and operational performance quality as the MSIP Operational Assurance Change Manager. Gheorghiu has a strong technical background with extensive experience in network transmission engineering and support. Anca Stefania Gheorghiu holds a Master's degree and an Engineer's degree from the Polytechnical University of Bucharest, complemented by early training in software and telecommunications.
