Orlane M. is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in personnel management and recruitment. Currently serving as Responsable des ressources humaines at Eurofins Biologie Médicale since February 2024, Orlane has previously held similar roles at LGM and SiPearl, where responsibilities included recruitment, onboarding, and the implementation of HR processes across France and Germany. Orlane's early career includes a position as RH Généraliste at Econocom, managing various HR projects and personnel administration, as well as experience as Chargée de Recrutement at CS-Novidy’s, focusing on candidate sourcing and recruitment event organization.
