Clara Giacalone

Clara Giacalone is an experienced laboratory analyst currently working at Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Italy since December 2022, specializing in Extractables & Leachables studies and screening of volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds using GC/MS and HS-GC/MS. Previously, Clara completed a Master Thesis Internship at the Palermo Regional Cabinet of the Scientific Police in the narcotics section, focusing on GC-MS and GC-FID analyses of street samples for opiate quantification. Clara's academic background includes a Master's Degree in Clinical, Forensic and Sport Chemistry from Università degli Studi di Torino, a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Università di Pavia, and a diploma from Scientific High School Adria-Ballatore. Clara is currently licensed to practice as a chemist.
