Kathryn Kouters

Kathryn Kouters is an experienced professional in the field of analytical project management and quality assurance, currently serving as Supervisor of Analytical Project Management at Eurofins Central Laboratory since November 2022. Prior roles include QA Validation Coordinator at Dopharma B.V. and Research Intern positions at Erasmus MC, where Kathryn conducted research in both the Surgery and Clinical Genetics departments. Kathryn also gained laboratory experience as a Junior Analyst at Microvida Bravis and worked as a Medical Microbiology Analyst at Adrz, focusing on validation projects for molecular assays. Kathryn's academic background includes a Research Master’s in Molecular Medicine from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where foundational research skills were developed.
