Dawn Cassity

Dawn Cassity has a varied and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dawn currently works at Eurofins Viracor as the Director of Client Services, a role they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Eurofins Viracor as the Senior Manager and later as the Client Services Manager from 2018 to 2022. Before joining Eurofins Viracor, they were the Customer Service Supervisor at Cargill from 2017 to 2018.

Dawn's career also includes roles at Goodwill of Western Missouri & Eastern Kansas, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Paycor, Thermofisher Scientific, and Quest Diagnostics. At Thermo Fisher Scientific, they served as the Senior Manager of Customer Support Operations from 2012 to 2015. At Paycor, they were the Manager of Client Services from 2010 to 2012. At Thermofisher Scientific, they were the Director of Customer Support from 2009 to 2010. Lastly, at Quest Diagnostics, they held the position of Director of Field Operations from 2005 to 2009 and Vice President of Client Services at Quest Diagnostics (LabOne) from 1993 to 2005.

Throughout their career, Dawn has been responsible for various aspects of customer service, including account management, staffing, budgets, productivity requirements, cost analysis, and project management. Dawn has also managed large teams and has experience in overseeing multiple locations.

Dawn Cassity pursued their Associates Degree from Bonozon Healthcare Pvt Ltd from 1982 to 1984. Dawn further continued their education at the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 1986 to 1988, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Marketing.
