Carl Lussier

Carl Lussier currently serves as Co-Owner at Usinage CMO inc since March 2025 and holds the position of Associate Director Corporate Development at Eurofins since January 2022. Previously, Carl led Corporate Development and Strategy at Moula from September 2020 to January 2022, and was the M&A - APAC Vice President at Valsoft Corporation from April 2020 to September 2020. Carl's career includes significant experience at Deloitte Australia where Carl worked from January 2016 to April 2020, first as a Manager and then as a Senior Associate in M&A Advisory. Early professional experience includes serving as an Accountant at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton from September 2012 to April 2014. Carl holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Université de Sherbrooke (2014-2015), a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Accounting from the same institution (2011-2014), and a DEC in Mechanical Engineering from Cégep de Sherbrooke (2007-2011).
