Jan Zborucki

Jan Zborucki is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and marketing leadership. Currently positioned as the Head of HR for Poland and the Baltics at Eurofins since January 2019, Jan oversees HR operations for approximately 1,400 employees while also taking on the role of Interim Head of Marketing in Poland. Prior to this, roles included managing HR for various business units at Eurofins, co-founding an HR consultancy startup (SmartWays), and holding HR management positions at Getinge Group and International Airlines Group. Jan also has entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder of a learning and development startup, MindLab. An education in Applied Psychology from Jagiellonian University complements Jan's professional journey.
