Ramón Armas

Ramón Armas is the Senior Vice President for Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East at Eurofins. Ramón has over 20 years of experience in the environmental and industrial sector.

Ramón started their career as a consultant for Applus+ in 2009, where they quickly rose to the position of Director of Consultancy, Environment, and Prevention. In 2011 they were promoted to Executive Vice President of Applus Norcontrol.

In 2014 Ramón became the Executive Vice President of Applus+ Velosi. Ramón held this position for two years before moving on to their current role at Eurofins in 2016.

Ramón Armas has an educational career in forestry engineering. Ramón studied at Esade and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.

They are on a team with Natalia Shuman - EVP, BioPharma & Agroscience Services - Europe, Gregg Tiemann - EVP, Consumer Product Testing,, and Yvoine Rémy - Group SVP Food and Feed Testing Northern Europe and Food and Environment Testing Central Eastern Europe. Their manager is Gilles Martin, Chairman & CEO.
