Ferran Baldirà

Ferran Baldirà has extensive experience in the HVAC industry, having worked in various roles throughout their career. Ferran is currently the CEO of Eurofred Group, where they are responsible for developing the company's leadership in different markets and expanding its presence in renewable energies and services. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager of Groupe Atlantic Spain & Portugal, overseeing the merging process of Atlantic Ibérica and ACV España. Ferran also held the position of General Manager at ACV España after its acquisition by Groupe Atlantic. In their role as the General Manager of Atlantic Ibérica, they led the company through a transition in sales strategy, achieving improvements in finance and sales during a difficult economic period. Before joining Groupe Atlantic, Ferran worked as a Marketing, Sales & Management Consultant as a freelancer, and they also held several management positions at Mitsubishi Electric, where they managed the commercial activity of the Air Conditioning Division and led sales teams across the country. Their roles at Mitsubishi Electric included Sales Manager, Professional Route Sales Manager, and Barcelona Area Sales Representative, among others. Ferran has a strong background in sales, customer relations, human resources, and strategic planning.

Ferran Baldirà's education history begins in 1990 when they enrolled at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya to pursue an Industrial Engineering Degree in Energy Systems. Ferran completed this program in 1996. In 1996, they also participated in the Erasmus Program at Technische Universität Berlin, where they worked on a Degree Project focused on Photovoltaic Power Supply to Water Pumps.

In 2005, Ferran Baldirà joined Esade and attended the Programa Vicens Vives, which focuses on Leadership and Civic Commitment. Ferran completed this program in 2006.

In 2007, Ferran Baldirà returned to Esade to pursue an Executive MBA in Business Management. Ferran finished this program in 2008.

Following their MBA, in 2008-2009, they attended Escuela Europea de Coaching to gain expertise as an Executive Coach.

Finally, in 2015, Ferran Baldirà went back to Esade and completed a short-term program called "Finanzas para Directivos" (Finance for Executives).
