Kristal Parker is the Practice Director of Project Management, responsible for helping AdaptivEdge grow their Project Management Office (PMO). She works closely with customers and the engineering team to accomplish projects’ objectives, ensuring client satisfaction with the services. Kristal strives to equip, educate and empower people, using efficient and effective program, project and process management methodology.
