Angeles Hernandez

Angeles Hernandez has extensive experience in human resources and administration. Angeles is currently working as the Head of Human Resources and Environmental, Health & Safety at Apollocom, where they are responsible for designing and implementing the annual strategic plan for talent management and safety. Prior to this, they were the Human Resources Director at EUROGERM, a food manufacturing company, where they developed and implemented HR policies and procedures. Angeles also worked as the Human Resources Director at Expertos en Gestión Integral de Talento, providing comprehensive consulting services and designing organizational culture models. Before that, they served as the Human Resources and Administration Director at ALD Automotive, where they oversaw HR and administration, implemented a transition process for the Executive Committee, and restructured the HR department. Angeles also gained experience as the Chief Operating Officer at Société Générale, where they were responsible for HR, administration, accounting, internal control, and finance. Angeles started their career as an Administrative Assistant at PEMEX and worked as a Sales Representative at Tecmarketing SA de CV.

Angeles Hernandez has an extensive education history. Angeles obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Administration from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional in 2002. Angeles then pursued several postgraduate degrees, including a Master's degree in Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from the Escuela Bancaria y Comercial from 2008 to 2010, and another Master's degree in Administration with a focus on Senior Management from the same institution from 2010 to 2012.

Furthermore, Angeles pursued various diploma programs, including a specialization in Taxes from the Escuela Bancaria y Comercial in 2007, a Certification in Transformational Coaching from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2017 to 2018, and a Certification in Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Prevention from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México in 2016.
