Thierry Mathey

Thierry MATHEY has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Directeur Conception et R&D at EUROGERM since January 2005, after holding the position of Ingénieur R&D et Formulation. Previous roles include Ingénieur Développement at BOURGOGNE TERRE DE CULTURE from October 1998 to January 2005, Responsable Production at PANIDOR from August 1996 to November 1998, and Ingénieur Méthodes at MAILLE - Groupe DANONE for a brief period in early 1995. Thierry MATHEY completed an Ingénieur Agro-Alimentaire degree at Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs des Techniques des Industries agricoles et alimentaires from 1993 to 1995 and obtained a CAP Boulanger through a candidacy in 2002.
