Marko Poljak

Marko Poljak is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system administration and technical support. Currently serving as a System Administrator at Euroherc osiguranje d.d. since June 2018, Marko specializes in customer support within the Windows environment, overseeing the maintenance of computers, printers, and user applications, as well as domain administration and mobile device management. Previous roles include Senior IT Officer at The County Court of Zagreb and the Ministry of Health, where Marko provided support for information systems and user education. Marko also has experience as a System Administrator at Amadeus M.A.J., handling Windows and Linux server administration. Marko holds a Master of Information Technologies and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computing from Zagreb University of Applied Sciences.
