Philip Gan currently serves as Principal Scientist at EUROIMMUN US, a subsidiary of PerkinElmer, since March 2017. In this role, Philip specializes in the development of a one-click intelligent automation platform for high-throughput microfluidic chip detection, point-of-care testing (POCT) products, and integrated solutions for nucleic acid testing, focusing on applications in genetic screening, antibiotic resistance genes, and multi-indicator pathogenic microorganism detection. Prior to this, Philip worked at 博奥生物集团有限公司 from November 2004 to March 2017, holding various positions including Deputy Director of the Chemical Materials Department and the Advanced Technology Department, as well as the Micro-System Engineering Department. Philip's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Biology from Tsinghua University, completed in 2014.
