Kiril Boshov

Mr.Boshov has 20 years experience in senior management positions in finance and insurance. He was Chief accountant of Mobicom - the first mobile operator in Bulgaria, a joint venture between the Bulgarian Telecommunications Company and Cable and Wireless, (1995 - 1997); Vice - Chairman of the Board of Directors and COO of Eurobank (1997 - 2000); Chairman of the Board of Euroins (2000 - 2008) - In 2006 Euroins was awarded “Company with the best corporate governance" by the Association of Investors in Bulgaria; and later became Chairman of the Board of Directors of Euroins Insurance Group and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Euro-Finance. Mr. Boshov has been Chairman of Eurohold’s Management Board since 2006. He is a member of the Endeavor Bulgaria's Board of Directors since 2015, a member of the Association of Bulgarian Insurers' Management Board since 2017 and a member of the Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association' Management Board since 2021.
