Patricia Cacheux

Patricia Cacheux is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in diversity and inclusion. Currently serving as Responsable Ressources Humaines régional at EUROMASTER FRANCE since November 2018, Patricia has extensive experience in deploying HR policies, supporting managerial adaptations, and developing performance cultures. Previously, at TNT France, Patricia held various HR positions, including HR Business Partner and Diversity and Social Responsibility Manager, focusing on disability employment and diversity initiatives. Additionally, experience at DECATHLON FRANCE involved negotiating agreements for the inclusion of workers with disabilities and overseeing recruitment and workplace accommodations.
