Louisa Hua

Louisa Hua is an experienced professional in talent and development, currently serving as a Talent and Development Partner at Euromonitor International since March 2015. Louisa has held various roles within the company, including Global Learning & Development Manager and Consultant, and has been Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee in London since 2020. Previously, Louisa worked at HSBC as an Onboarding Consultant during a secondment from HireRight and held the position of Researcher at HireRight, focusing on pre-employment screening for financial services. Louisa also volunteered with the UN Global Compact Network Singapore during a sabbatical from Euromonitor, utilizing expertise in recruitment and development. Louisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Middlesex University, completed in 2014.
