Allan Goldstein

Allan Goldstein currently serves as the CEO of Euronext Market Services and as the Managing Director at Commcise, both roles beginning in June 2020. With extensive experience in financial services, Goldstein previously held significant positions including member of the CAT NMS Advisory Committee at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from 2017 to 2020, and Chief Operating, Financial & Regulatory Officer at Trade Informatics from 2007 to 2019. Additional roles include Chief Compliance Officer at Bear Wagner/Bear Hunter, and a variety of trading and compliance positions at NYSE and other financial firms dating back to 1990. Goldstein holds an MBA and a BS in Finance & Economics from NYU Stern School of Business, along with a certificate in Mathematics from Pace University.
