João Fernandes

João Fernandes is an experienced IT Operations Shift Leader at Euronext since September 2021, responsible for coordinating a 24/7 Service Operations shift, ensuring the availability of European Market services through monitoring and maintenance of production and testing environments. Previously, João served as a Service Operations Analyst and a Service Operations Analyst Trainee, focusing on Level 1/2 IT support and incident management following ITIL standards. Prior experience includes work as a Sound Technician for Associação Desportiva Valongo and Centro Social de Baguim do Monte, where responsibilities involved audio support for events.
