Elisa Pacetta has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources and talent management.

Elisa'smost recent role was as the People & Talent Manager at Euronovate Group, where they oversaw the recruitment and management of over 150 employees. Prior to that, they worked at Job Select srl as a Recruitment Manager and Head Hunter, where they managed and supervised all recruitment processes.

Before that, Elisa worked at EHR Italy as a Human Resources Consultant, providing consulting services in the field. Elisa also worked at UMANA SPA as a Human Resources Consultant, specializing in recruitment and temporary employment administration.

In addition, Elisa has experience as an Independent Consultant at Modulo Innovazione di Gruppo Modulo.

Throughout their career, Elisa has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of human resources, including head hunting, job interviews, candidate selection, and employment agreement negotiation. Elisa also has experience working with companies in both the private and public sectors.

Elisa Pacetta attended Universita' degli Studi di Padova from 1996 to 2001, where they pursued a Laurea magistrale Vecchio Ordinamento in Psicologia del lavoro e delle organizzazioni. Prior to that, they attended Liceo Classico Luigi Valli "Progetto Brocca" from 1990 to 1995 and obtained a diploma di maturita' classica.
