Lila Lokmane

Lila Lokmane has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lila started their career in 2001 as a marketing CRM consultant at Young & Rubicam Group. Lila then worked as a consultant for Euro RSCG, specializing in online development. In 2002, Lokmane joined Coty Prestige as a communication and public relations officer for Europe.

In 2003, they worked briefly as a product manager for women's ready-to-wear at CELINE. The following year, Lokmane joined Tiscali as a strategic project manager, involved in telecom operator relations, customer relationship management, and strategic reporting.

In 2004, Lokmane took on the role of CEO/General Manager at EUROPA DUBBING GROUP. There, they oversaw various aspects of the company's operations, such as film dubbing, voice-over services, and post-production. Lila also managed training centers for audiovisual professions and localization of content. Under their leadership, the company expanded to multiple locations worldwide.

More recently, Lokmane has joined the Ministry of Justice as a Prudential Advisor and Les Conseillers du Commerce extérieur de la France as a Trade Advisor for Team Provence Azur.

Lila Lokmane's education history includes obtaining an Executive certificate in Economic development from Harvard Kennedy School in 2021. Lila also completed a Cycle des hautes Etudes Européennes at ENA - Ecole nationale d'administration in 2019 and received a CHEE 2019 Promotion Kersti Kaljulaid degree. Furthermore, Lila Lokmane attended the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale (IHEDN) in 2021, where they obtained an Auditeur 223eme session PACA degree specializing in Security, defense, and economic sovereignty. In 2019, they studied EU funds management & monitoring at the College of Europe. Prior to that, they acquired a MASTERE SPECIALISE in Marketing & E-BUSINESS from ESCP Business School in 2002, a DESS in Marketing and Communication Strategies from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne in 2001, and a DESS in Sociology of Information and Communication from Université Paris-Sorbonne in 2001. Additionally, they obtained a MAITRISE SCIENCES DE GESTION in International Trade from FACULTE DE GESTION D'AIX MARSEILLE II in 2000 and a DUT in Techniques de Commercialisation from IUT D'AIX EN PROVENCE in 1998. Lila Lokmane has also earned certifications as an Auditeur 223eme SR PACA from Institut des hautes études de défense nationale (IHEDN) and completed the Leading Economics Growth program from Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education, both in 2021.
